Dear Friends~
I love those words from Mary Oliver's poem, The Summer Day. They move me and give me that surge of motivation I need from time-to-time.
It is my deepest wish that by sharing what I have learned through my study of yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques), you will in some small way feel inspired to move about more fearlessly in your wild and precious life.
The site is always a work in progress - in between Motherhood, yoga, meditation, reading, laundry and more - so stay tuned, keep checking back for updates ... and come to a class!

Yoga Bindu: New! Drop in meditation at Yoga Bindu every Tuesday night from 7:45-9:00pm. And, now you can use your Yoga Bindu 10-pack. More information is available here. If you have special course requests, please e-mail me.
Beach Cities: I'm pleased to announce another 6-week course at Beach Cities Health District in Redondo Beach. The course begins on Thursday, May 10 and runs through June 14. You can sign up for the series or come a week at a time. More information is available here.
